As most of our products are made to order, we are unable to have them returned. In some cases, as with paint protection kits, we can have them back if they have not been used in anyway.

Unfortunately not, each template is the ip of the template developer and public sharing of such files is prohibited. We try to give as much detail about the kits as possible on each product but in general each kit is designed for the best coverage possible.

Each kit has a significant life span but it will depend greatly on how the kit is looked after whilst it’s on the bike, but you are talking 3+ years in most cases. Exposure to light heat and direct sunlight can help with self healing of the film and is a great way to maintain a healthy finish. Cleaning and caring for it just as you would your paintwork will also prolong the life of the film. Manufactured by Xpel, you can be sure the film is as good as it gets.
Light stone chips, uv rays, the elements, light scratches and abrasions and most importantly, your own leathers and zips. It won’t help if you drop the bike or have crash, but it will protect it during use.
Templates are created off of the bikes themselves enduring best coverage and protection for each manufacturer and model of motorcycle. The templates are then converted into computer vectors in order to be cut using a plotter. Then they are sent around the country to eager customers.

Yes, our wall stickers are easily removed when the time comes to redecorate. Use a hairdryer to slightly warm the sticker, this will help you to remove it.
95% of the time our wall stickers can be removed without any residue or mark. Problems occur when the sticker is removed too quickly and without care. Use a hairdryer to help because a warm sticker will be easier to remove.
Yes, our wall stickers are fully weather proof, they will last around five years outside as long as they are stuck to a suitable smooth surface.
No, our wall stickers are single use only. Removing the stickers will often distort them beyond use.
For indoor use you will not notice any fading, even 5-10 years down the line. Direct sunlight will cause slight fading as with most things. Red is most susceptible to this.
Our wall stickers are all matt in finish, unless stated otherwise. This looks far better than gloss because it prevents reflections and glare. The stickers look like they have been painted onto the wall.
Our wall stickers will adhere to any surface which is flat, relatively smooth and non-porous. Walls, glass, mirrors and ceilings all work well.

Most items are sent with the Royal Mail on a 48hr service without proof of postage. On the rare occasion that this time has elapsed, The Royal Mail require you to wait 15 working days before a parcel is declared as lost. However, if your parcel has not been delivered after 7 days please get in touch. We advise that you check with your local post office and neighbours just in case it has been left with them.
On the rare event that we have made a mistake on your order we will send out a replacement free of charge or offer a refund. There will be two quality control initials on the side of your invoice by item, this will allow us to determine where the error has occurred and help us to prevent mistakes in the future. We will ask for the initials if an error has occurred, so please keep your invoice. We will then quickly deal with you issue in line with our policies.
